Caitlin Gilbert
Caitlin is a neuroscientist and data scientist with a passion for communicating complex data-driven ideas.
Caitlin is working on her PhD at The Rockefeller University, and has studied how the epigenetic patterns in the bird brain allow them to sing and how similar patterns in the human brain allow us to speak to each other. She is obsessed with data visualization, especially in the context of telling novel stories. Outside of the lab,Caitlin volunteers for political organizations, scores films, plays piano, and spends far too much time online.
